2020 me and Professor Damian Hughes started the High Performance Podcast, interviewing the planet’s highest performers to turn their lived experiences into life lessons. The podcast quickly became a global success and now has a community of over 4 million regular monthly listeners.

The show was always about outcome, not income and that is why, despite being a young business, we have launched the High Performance Foundation to give young people, no matter their background, the tools and skills they need to kick start their journey to a future where they can thrive and believe it's within

Our first programme will use the High Performance podcast content to bring free resources into classrooms nationwide – highlighting the importance of combating failure, developing resilience and understanding the importance of being kind. Money raised from the run will support programmes that target vulnerable groups of young people who are not in mainstream education and who need this support more than most. Your support makes a real difference.
