Hello everyone,

I am taking part in the 60 Miles in June Challenge for Tommy's because I want to help save babies' lives. I am going to be running it as life with toddler leaves little time!

Tommy's is the UK's leading pregnancy charity funding vital medical research into miscarriage, preterm birth and stillbirth.

With an extremely heavy heart, in April, we had to end our pregnancy early at 15 weeks and say goodbye to our gorgeous little baby boy Phoenix, who had several and severe abnormalities that were unfortunately life threatening. We had to make the hardest decision of our lives and live with a lifetime of pain so that he didn’t have to ❤️‍🩹 We birthed him and got to hold him and kiss him and tell him how much we love him before sending our poorly bean on his way to heaven to be in the caring arms of his Mamie and Grandad 🤍 This has of course been a very challenging and upsetting time for our family. However, the support that we have received has been amazing and Tommy’s really, really helped understand the heartbreaking and lengthy TFMR process.
