Story

The team from Fisher German’s Ashby offices will be taking on the Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for The Henry Sale Foundation.

Tackling the 24-hour challenge on Friday 17 May, our team made up of 12 Fisher German colleagues will begin with Scotland’s Ben Nevis (1,345 m) and then head down into England to take on Scafell Pike (978 m). Our legs will be on fire at this point, but we will have one final peak to summit in order to complete the challenge – Mount Snowdon / Yr Wyddfa (1,085 m) in Wales.

We will be hoping to finish the whole challenge in under 24 hours, including the time it takes to travel the 462 miles between the peaks – around 10 hours!

Training has already commenced and some of us are wondering what we have let ourselves in for, but we are all eager to get going and take on the challenge.

We are raising money for The Henry Sale Foundation, set up in in 2015 to commemorate the life of our former founding Partner Henry Sale.

The intention of the foundation is to celebrate his life and to support charitable causes that he would have thought important, primarily focussing on enabling education and social inclusion through sport and the countryside.

Fisher German Partners support the Foundation annually by pledging a proportion of profits to this great cause. Events such as this, which are organised by Fisher German colleagues further support the work of the Henry Sale Foundation.

Please support our efforts if you can and check back regularly for updates.

Thank you!
