Bare Necessities is a charity that works to tackle hygiene poverty across East Cheshire, Stockport and Greater Manchester. As more and more people face difficult choices between putting food on the table, paying the bills and buying products to keep clean, Bare Necessities Toiletry Bank provides hygiene essentials to over 30 local organisations and charities whose clients are experiencing financial hardship or other difficulties. These local organisations and charities support people of all ages, men and women, families and young people. Their circumstances are all different, but all have the same need: to know that they don’t have to choose between eating and keeping clean.
