I've not been lucky enough to have brought a child into this world, but totally respect those who have, be they family or friends or wider circle and I know so many have had their challenges with little ones.

This challenge popped up in my "no-friends" FB presence and given I do so much Planking in my Pilates, thanks to #stevedowse, this seemed an obvious choice.

Any support you can provide, will be greatly appreciated, even if it is Planking with me, if we are together! Here's to fab abs, for the summer and all in a good cause!
