Story
From August 25th to September 4th, I will be walking from Sutton to Bristol, along the Hogsmill, Thames and the Kennet and Avon canal. This walk is part of The HR Dept Communities programme, and I need your help to make it a success.
Myeloma UK is a charity that works to support people affected by Myeloma, a type of cancer that affects the plasma cells found in the bone marrow. They provide funding for research into new treatments and for the development of new therapies. They also offer support to those living with myeloma, their families, and carers, through advice, information and emotional support.
The 10-day walk will be a challenge for me, but it's nothing compared to the daily struggles that people with myeloma face. That's why I'm asking you to join me in supporting Myeloma UK by donating to my fundraising campaign.
My target is £5,000, and I know that together we can reach it. This walk is an opportunity to show our support for Myeloma UK and the people affected by this horrible disease.
I hope you will join me in helping to make a difference. Any amount that you can give will be greatly appreciated and will go a long way towards helping Myeloma UK continue their important work. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
