Sullivan’s Heroes is a charity offering support and financial assistance for families raising essential funds for vital home adaptations for a disabled child, to continue to care for their child at home, safely and with dignity.

We need help to be able to bring our son back home from the hospital after 14 months. Our house now is not suitable for his needs. He is a whelchair user and he require 24/7 care. His bed is currenlty in a living room and we do not have a wet room to wash him and provide him his own personal space.

We need to bilud an extension which will be Filip's room and a wet room with specialist equipment and a celling hoist for his safely moving. We can not come back home if we not gona have a safe place for him.
