On Wednesday 26th March 2025 Frome Independent Childminders will be holding a sponsored walk for the local charity ‘Lisa’s Army’. We will be walking from The Scout Hut to Welshmill fields with lots of bright pink balloons and lots of noisy children.

Lisa was a young mum who started the charity when she was diagnosed with cancer, after her passing her amazing family and friends have carried on her billiant work. Which includes leaving ‘Care Baskets’ at the RUH to help others with their cancer journey.

One of our childminders has a personal connection with the Wells family and most of the childminders in our group have met Lisa’s children and her nieces.

So we hope we hope our walk we help raise a good amount to help this wonderful cause.
