The Chair, Leader & Deputy Leader of F&HDC, Cllr Anita Jones, Cllr Jim Martin & Cllr Tim Prater will be taking part in the Big Sleep out after the Full Council Meeting on 27th November. We plan to sleep outside in cardboard shelters to raise awareness of the challenges that homeless people face in our District and to raise money for the Folkestone Rainbow Centre who support many of these people.

We hope that other councillors will join us.

We would welcome donations and your best wishes for a good night.

It won’t be a comfortable night, but it will be a good reminder of the difficulties many people are facing this winter.
