My Cold Water Challenge for Alder Hey!

Hi! My name is Fern, and I’m 11 years old. I’m doing something a bit crazy...getting into a cold water bath every single day for a whole year! So far, I’ve done 46 days in a row, and I’m going to keep going to try and raise £1,500 for Alder Hey Children’s Charity. They do amazing work to help children and families when they need it most.

I’m doing this because of something really sad that happened in Southport. Some children were at a Swiftie themed party (I'm a Swiftie!) and something terrible happened to them. Alder Hey has been helping the families who were affected, and I want to support them by raising more money for them.

If you love Taylor Swift like me, I would love for you to join my challenge! But you don't have to be a Swiftie, maybe you just want to help the families and people affected by this. Even if you do just one cold water bath or a few, it would mean so much and it's amazing for your health as well...believe it or not!
