We are the Farmworker Unit of Legal Aid of NC. Our attorneys and staff work statewide to provide civil legal services to migrant and seasonal farmworkers.

NC's farmworkers work very hard and play a critical role in the fresh food on our plates. Yet, they often struggle to earn enough to feed and clothe their own families. We work to increase the socioeconomic integration of migrant farm workers by protecting their legal rights and ensuring they are afforded equal opportunity under the law.
