Story
Hello and thank you for visiting my JustGiving page!
I am thrilled to share that I have committed myself to the London to Amsterdam Cycling Challenge! A remarkable tour organised by Global Adventure Challenges. This unique event will test my endurance as I cycle 335 miles in just 4 days, crossing 4 countries - all in support of The Children's Hospital Charity.
Starting in Croydon, London, I'll embark on an exhilarating journey through the idyllic countryside of Kent, heading towards the emblematic white cliffs of Dover before setting sail on a ferry to Calais. Day 2 will see me venturing to the enchanting city of Bruges, Belgium, fondly known as the "Venice of the North". On the third day, the adventure continues eastwards, skirting the bustling city of Antwerp and crossing into the Netherlands, with the day's ride ending in the historic city of Breda. The final leg of this journey on Day 4 takes me from Breda to the maritime city of Rotterdam, along serene Dutch cycle lanes dotted with traditional windmills, leading to the final destination - the vibrant, cycling-mad city of Amsterdam.
This endeavour is not just about the thrill of the journey, but fundamentally about giving back. The funds raised will go directly towards supporting The Children's Hospital Charity, and their incredible work in providing care and support to children in need. I am passionate about this cause and truly believe that together, we can make a difference.
