A team from eXPD8 will be taking part in a Dragon Boat Race in Bristol Harbour on Sat 21st Sept in aid of the wonderful local charity 'Gympanzees'.
The people valiantly taking part and who would love you to sponsor them are: Cara Evans, Dean Thurgood, Didi Bay, Ellen Marsh, Gemma Hurley, Greg Ewart, Joanne Williams, Karen Toleafoa, Karina Charlesworth, Nelson Richichi, Pete Bailey, Rosie Gaudie and Suze Anderson
As a team we are aiming to raise a minimum of £1000 - and a generous supporter of the charity will be match funding all monies raised pound for pound so this is a great incentive for us to smash our target!
Gympanzees vision is that every disabled child and young person in the UK can enjoy a life filled with exercise, play and friendship. They plan to achieve this by building the country’s first, fully inclusive leisure facility which will cater for the play, exercise and social needs of the 66,000 disabled children and young people within an hour of Bristol.
