Story

Together with a group of dedicated people I will travel to Switzerland and venture out on a challenging and strenous 7-hours hike high up in the Swiss Alps covering two high peaks, a pass and a total distance of 11 km.

Every step and every raised pound will help the Hospice team care for their patients.

The Hospice located in Wales offer highly individualised care to families affected by life-limiting illnesses completely free of charge.

As a regular visitor of Skanda Vale Ashram, I have met many volunteers who help people in the last stage of their lives.

The idea of building the Skanda Vale Hospice came from Guru Sri Subramanium who established the Ashram in 1973. He was also the very first patient who passed away there.

Once he said: " we have to find a better way for people whene they are coming to the end of life; not to die in fear and pain ".

I couldn't agree more with Guru. I also feel incredible grateful to the people who introduce me to Skanda Vale.

Let's help together.

Thank you for every donation.
