Hello family and friends...I'm biking 100 miles this coming month of September to help the American Heart Association fight for a world of longer, healthier lives for as many people as possible.

This cause is special for me because heart disease runs in my family on both sides. So, if you are willing and able, please consider making a donation because every little bit helps fight heart disease.

I myself will donate .54 cents per mile for every mile over 100 miles. You ask what's special about 54...well it's the combination of both my Mom and Dad's birth years who I know will be riding with me!
