This July i’ve decided to challenge myself to run 10k and raise money for an incredible charity- Children’s Respite trust.

This wonderful charity helps support families who are caring for a disabled child. It gives them the necessary tools and resources to give time to their other children and have the rest that they deserve.

Since becoming a parent myself I know just how important a support system is, so to raise money for this incredible charity is important to me.

The donation size doesn’t matter. Anything that you can give to support me and this amazing charity is greatly appreciated.
