Etive turns ten this year!

To celebrate, we are taking part in a number of events to raise money for CHAS, an extremely worthy charity, chosen by our team.

10 years. 10 events. £10,000 - THE TARGET!

The Etive team has chosen to raise money for CHAS because of the wonderful work they do, not only to provide support to children with life-shortening conditions and their families, but to do it in a way which really celebrates each child’s life and creates joyful memories.

The CHAS team doesn’t ever want to be in a position to turn away a family because they have insufficient funding. We want to help contribute to that funding in whatever way we can.

The Etive team has decided to take on some amazing challenges that will require dedication, training, motivation and commitment in the efforts to raise funds for CHAS.

A 35Km walk seems long enough but when you add seven hills in, it makes it a fearsome challenge. Hamish, Ali, Ewan, Aris, Hasan, Mike, Janice, Josh, James, Connor, Doug, and Ken will all be taking on the Edinburgh Seven Summits challenge. This will take them round Edinburgh gaining elevation of 900m (that’s equivalent to a Scottish Munro) This challenge has been graded as tough and Etive team challengers are fortunate to be given the opportunity to take it on.
