Esti Kadosh is a successful realtor for Coldwell Banker Realty, specializing in luxury waterfront homes for boaters in the South Florida market. She is so good at what she does that she was named in the Top 100 of Florida sales for Coldwell Banker and #7 in North American luxury rentals.

Steeped in her strong Jewish faith, Esti moved to Florida from Israel twenty years ago on a mission to build a beautiful life near the water while helping others along the way. She has a loving husband, and a 16-year-old son, who is passionate about engineering. Her son plans to attend MIT upon graduation from high school. It is obvious that Esti and her husband have done an incredible job at parenting.

Upon speaking with Esti, you will find that she is very dedicated to helping others – especially children. When asked what she would choose for a superpower, Esti replied, “Heal the sick, help the poor, and strive to make the world a happier and safer place. Happy, positive people tend to shy away from negativity, and Esti is no different. “When we remain positive, things come to us more easily. I will not connect with negative people. Nothing good can come from that.”

Esti continues, “I am motivated by helping. Seeing someone smile is a gift. Happiness, for me, is giving without the need for getting anything in return. We can all open our hearts by giving emotionally.” As a philanthropist in the community, Esti Kadosh helps several charities, including one that’s right in her backyard: Las Olas Chabad Jewish Center. Her congregation creates parties and vacations for children with disabilities. They also support the Israeli Combat Veterans struggling with PTSD through Israel Heart 2 Heart, whose home is also at Las Olas Chabad Jewish Center. Esti is very proud and active within her synagogue and encourages others to support these initiatives as well.

Her credo is “build trust in life and business.” When asked why she is so supportive of helping others, she replied, “Choose a mission that you’re passionate about, and you will become part of the solution. I try to go out of my way for anyone who needs my help.”

Esti Kadosh is the women who works behind the scenes to make things happen and does it for herself. She has no need to be in the spotlight and prefers not to be. “I live in Fort Lauderdale and have the luxury of enjoying the ocean on a regular basis. It’s calming and cleansing for my soul. I meditate daily, and my passion is making floral arrangements. Beauty + nature = happiness.”
