Bradgate Park is gearing up for its most daring event of the year—the Freeze Your Bits and Bobs Off Bra and Pants Walk. On January 12, 2025, participants will brave the frosty January air for a 3.5-mile stroll, decked out in bras, pants, and layers to support two vital causes: Breast Cancer Now and Prostaid.
This year’s event carries even more excitement as local business owner, entrepreneur, and nudity advocate Estelle Keeber joins the cause. Known for her candid approach to breaking taboos and inspiring confidence, Estelle’s involvement brings an extra layer of passion and visibility to this bold initiative.
“Everyone knows someone whose life has been touched by cancer,” says Estelle. “I have my own personal story and reason for doing this. We all think cancer won’t happen to us, but the statistics show different. That’s why events like this one are so important—not just to raise awareness, but also to ensure these deserving charities get the visibility and support they need.”
With prostate cancer dominating headlines thanks to public figures like Sir Chris Hoy and Nick Owen, and breast cancer affecting countless lives, the timing of this event couldn’t be more crucial.
“Awareness isn’t just about knowing the names of these diseases,” Estelle continues. “It’s about understanding the very real impact they have on people’s lives, and how we can help through events like this.”
