Esh Construction is the main trading arm of Esh Group, one of the North East's leading privately-owned construction, development, and property services businesses.

As a 'Company Supporter' of the Lighthouse Club charity, we believe that no construction worker or their family should be alone in a crisis. That is why we work with the Lighthouse Club to provide our employees access to the fantastic services which the charity provides including mental health training and support services, as well as supporting our onsite teams receiving visits and toolbox talks as part of their 'Help in the Hard Hat' campaign.

THE CHARITY.

The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity is the only charity that provides emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to construction workers and their families.

The Lighthouse Club offer a variety of services to companies and individuals including; mental health training, a mental health construction industry helpline and financial aid.

THE CHALLENGE!

Together, a team of 8 Esh staff have volunteered to take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge. The challenge is a gruelling 39.2km (24.5mile) route across peaks Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-Y-Ghent. We have chosen to start the challenge from Horton-in-Ribblesdale and will be setting off early at 06.30 aiming to complete the challenge within 12 hours.
