Laura and I will be running on behalf of Coach Core as part of the Chase the Sun event at Hyde Park on Wednesday the 6th of September.

Coach Core is a charity which dramatically improves life chances for young people who are disadvantaged and/or not in education, employment or training (NEET). Through sports apprenticeships they can unlock meaningful education and employment opportunities, whilst also positively working with communities in real need of sports provision, thereby getting literally thousands of other young people across the UK physically active. The pandemic has highlighted the huge value of activity for physical and mental wellbeing. Coach Core programmes have never been more needed.
