I am running the London Landmarks Half Marathon the day before my 26th Birthday. The first time I ran this race I was 18! This year I’m running for RASASC, it is a good charity with good people and they deserve support and hopefully by doing this I will be able to raise some funds to help. “RASASC Guildford are an inclusive charity that supports survivors of all genders over the age of 13 from across Surrey, who have been raped, sexually abused or have had an unwanted sexual experience.

We offer support through our confidential helpline, counselling and Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) services. All our services are free and non-judgemental, and survivors of sexual abuse are believed, empowered and supported on their journey to recovery.”
