I've always loved animals - working at Margaret Green Animal Rescue makes perfect sense. Anyone that knows me, knows that I would adopt every animal if possible. Doing this 5K is my way of supporting the beautiful animals that need help. Although I've been working at Lincoln Farm for only just over a year, I am very passionate about the incredible work that keeps the centre running.

Margaret Green Animal Rescue helps over 1200 animals each year in its Dorset and Devon branches, and by donating you can help provide the necessary care.

Due to the joys of injury, my original plan to complete the half-marathon has been thwarted. So, determined not to give up, I am still participating, but in the much more doable 5K. Anyone that knows me will also know that I am not a natural athlete, so this will still be a challenge enough! I have trained (injury permitting) on and off since the beginning of the year in preparation for the Run Bournemouth Supernova 5K in October 2024 and really appreciate your support :)
