Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Jumping out of a plane for fun?! To me, absolutely, but for dad and his fear of heights… not so much!
I spent the first year of my life in Yorkhill hospital due to me coming into the world early. After many surgeries, complications and ups and downs I came through the other end due to the dedication of the amazing doctors, nurses and surgeons and other staff involved.
We would like to make a specific mention for Anne Byrne who was a great help and is sorely missed.
I wanted to mark my 18th in a special, but slightly different way, and made the decision that that would be by doing a tandem skydive with dad! I have always wanted to do a skydive, although the nerves are slowly creeping in and dad gets sick at the thought of it 😅.
This skydive is to not only celebrate my 18th, but also in memory of my older sister Abbey who is missed every day.
We really would like to give back to the those who helped my dad, mum and I during those difficult times so your support would be, and is greatly appreciated!!
Thank you 😊
