I haven't run a race in a while, but SpecialEffect are an amazing charity I've been familiar with for years - since my time in the charity sector.

Since 2007, SpecialEffect has enabled severely disabled people to use technology (especially Eye Control Technology) in any way possible by adapting tech to their individual needs so they can play video games with family and friends, and not be left out. This can hugely benefit mental well-being, self-esteem, quality of life... and much needed FUN!

The London 10K is SpecialEffect’s longest standing fundraising event.
