I’m taking part in Moonlight Memory Walk Devon for Children’s Hospice South West. CHSW provided end of life hospice care to my precious little girl Freya who passed at 18 weeks old 🪽🕯️

I am walking in her memory on the eve of her passing 20 years ago with my mum, my sister and my niece Lyla by my side 💜
