This November I'll be donning the padded cycling shorts and the cooling chammy cream once more to take part in a 500km cycle across Kenya with Child.org, to help raise money for the incredible work they do to help expectant mums and their newborns in Kenya.

Having done this in 2022 I was lucky enough to get to see first-hand the amazing and genuinely life-changing work the child.org team do and the enormous amount of care and consideration they put into this and I feel so grateful to be able to do my bit to help them continue their fundraising efforts once again.

If you feel like supporting, any donations big or small are MOST appreciated. Not only do they genuinely help push you up that hill in the 40-degree dry heat of a sandy, bumpy, winding Kenyan road, they more importantly go towards an amazing cause.
