Hello Everyone - it's Emma here of the Out to France Channel Relay team.

I am fundraising for Beat, the UK's eating disorder charity. Beat supports anyone with an eating disorder, their friends and family, as well as professionals working with or worried about an individual in their care.

As someone who has had a personal experience of an eating disorder and worked hard to recover being able to swim the channel with my new relay family is a phenomenal achievement after this condition stripped me of everything I had including sport. To be able to raise awareness and help others and their families fighting this battle is an honour.
