Emmaus Suffolk is a charity which works with vulnerable, socially isolated people and those at risk of homelessness in the east of Suffolk. Our prevention offer is an innovative way of tackling the risks of homelessness, isolation and unemployment. We work in partnership with other local service providers working in the sector. With this project we will be sharing delivery with Communities Together East Anglia who mirror our experience in connecting and signposting support for individual working at a hyper-local level, working with and within communities to encourage connection, friendship, support and partnership.

We all work together to reduce loneliness and social isolation. All of the support that we offer is based on empowering individuals to improve their own health and wellbeing, to encourage communities to work together sustainably, and to ensure that regardless of where you live, you know how to access the right support at the right time for you.
