Story

I am taking part in The Headway Cardiff 100! Help me raise at least £100 for Headway Cardiff and South East Wales, to support those affected by acquired brain injury.

Myself, Alys and Nia are going to pick a day in the summer holidays to build 100 sandcastles to take part in the Headway Cardiff 100! Please support us however you can. We will making our own numbered flags so we can make sure we reach our target.

About the charity

We provide information, support and services to people with acquired brain injury, their families and carers. We run an Independence and Wellbeing Centre, Community Social & Activity Groups, Welfare Benefits & Counselling Services, and monthly Family and Friends group.
