Hi everyone! On May 19th we'll be taking on the Hackney Half Marathon as part of WIN Respond's! Team Refuge, raising money for Refuge (and taking on our first ever half!)

Refuge is the largest single provider of specialist services to survivors of domestic, sexual and gender-based abuse and runs the freephone, 24-hour National Domestic Abuse Helpline that provides the first step to women escaping abuse.

One woman in four will experience domestic abuse at some point in her lifetime and on average two women are killed each week in England and Wales by a current or former partner.

Any donation that you are able to give, no matter how big or small is hugely appreciated by us both and will definitely spur on our training!
