Story

Cancer touches many 1 in 2 of us will have cancer in our lives. But bowel cancer was the reason our rugby team formed. Cerys lost her mother to bowel cancer. And in rememberance of her mother her old rugby team mates took her and her brother out to celebrate her life. And in doing so grew an idea in her mind. She wanted the banter they had, the stories and the love they had for each other. So Cerys took it upon herself to annoy the club to let her make her idea come true. And two years on here we are in the middle of the league and deciding to do the half for a laugh. We have several players who's parents have had cancer and god we are a determined lot to give cancer a kick in the arse! We'll do this for all the people we know who've been affected by this awful disease. And we'll do it with pride. So please if you can donate ❤️

I'r gad❤️

Mae canser yn effeithio llawer o ni. Bydd 1 o 2 o ni yn cael ei effeithio a'r clefyd. Ond cancr y coluddyn oedd y rheswm dros ffurfio ein tîm rygbi. Collodd Cerys ei mam i ganser y coluddyn. Ac er cof am ei mam aeth ei hen gyd-chwaraewyr â hi a'i brawd allan i ddathlu ei bywyd. Ac wrth wneud hynny daeth syniad i ei meddwl. Roedd hi eisiau’r tynnu coes oedd ganddyn nhw, y straeon a’r cariad oedd ganddyn nhw at ei gilydd. Felly cymerodd Cerys arni ei hun i poeni'r clwb i adael iddi wireddu ei syniad. A dwy flynedd yn ddiweddarach dyma ni yng nghanol y gynghrair ac yn penderfynu gwneud yr hanner am laff. Mae gennym nifer o chwaraewyr y mae eu rhieni wedi cael canser a Duw rydym yn benderfynol iawn i rhoid cic yn tîn cancr! Byddwn yn gwneud hyn ar gyfer yr holl bobl yr ydym yn eu hadnabod sydd wedi cael eu heffeithio gan y clefyd ofnadwy hwn. A byddwn yn ei wneud gyda balchder. Felly os gwelwch yn dda os gallwch gyfrannu a wnewch chi? Diolch x
