As a family, we wanted to take part in a family event, which was fun but still raising money for First Steps ED. So we've chosen a 5k inflatable course!

Emma has been working for First Steps ED for the last six months and has seen the amazing work they do to support thousands of children, their families, young people and adults affected by eating difficulties and disorders.

More than 1.25 million people are affected by eating disorders in the UK and with the influence of social media on young minds affecting body image it is on the rise.

First Steps ED support people across the UK offering care and support by providing coping strategies and recovery services to people of all ages, genders and backgrounds. This includes workshops, befriending, psychotherapy, and support in schools and universities.

With my dodgy knees this should be amusing!!
