I'm fundraising for Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Staff Wellbeing fund, to help support our staff physical, emotional and general wellbeing.

The money raised will help create calming rest spaces, support mental health first aid training and ongoing wellbeing initiatives that are in place to support our staff's wellbeing.

Although the pandemic is behind us, local NHS staff continue to face extreme pressure and the need for physical, emotional and financial wellbeing support remains one of our priorities.

Together we really do make a difference.
