Hello lovely people,

Starting October 14th at 0730 Marcus and I are taking part in the UK Three Peaks Challenge; aiming to climb the UKs 3 highest peak in just 24 hours.

Starting at Ben Nevis, we'll then take on Scarfell Pike overnight in the dark, and end up at the summit of Snowdon obscenely early Sunday morning.

Frankly, we need all the motivation we can get! All donations to push us on through the challenge ahead gratefully appreciated.

When it came to choosing a charity we wanted to pick something we felt aligned to the outreach work we've both undertaken in our fields, I hope you'll consider your support as important to them as it is to us.

CARE International do incredible work globally supporting vulnerable women and girls; be that with accommodation, food, healthcare, period poverty, access to education, and economic equality - supporting women to politically advocate for their rights across the globe.
