Shout is a text line that is open 24/7 for anyone who’s struggling with mental health. It’s  been a huge part in my life over the past few years. They’ve been there for me when my head turned into my worst enemy. They offered me the chance to talk and gave me the support I needed.

This fundraiser is my way of giving back to a charity that’s supported me and thousands of others in the Uk.
