It’s that time of year again…the Mental Elf 5km Event in Belfairs Woods! This event is fundraising for South East and Central Essex Mind who, through fundraising and building awareness, can support more people in the local community through their services such as counselling for both adults and children, supported housing and mental health signposting. They are affiliated to the National Mind charity however are financially independent and every penny raised for SECE Mind goes back into the local community.
