London Marathon 2025 here we come! Fundraising for The Scouts here we come!

Can you help to change a young persons life? A £10 donation allows a young person to attend squirrels, beavers, cubs or scouts for a month. £15 donation buys their badges as well. £25 buys their uniform, which makes a huge difference to parents. Any donation makes a big difference.

I was recently described (by fellow run club members) as mad and yes I am just a little bit mad but isn't it the madness that makes life fun? I am taking on the challenge of running The London Marathon 2025 and raising money for The Scouts, this is an absolute privilege and yes just a little bit crazy.

The Scouts is an organisation close to my heart and part of our family, my husband, Rob, is the Group Scout Leader for Cheddar and runs the scouts and our sons, Maximus and Samuel are part of Cheddar First Cubs. For us as a family Scouting is part of our lives. The Scouts gives children the opportunity to be involved in a range of activities, to be part of an inclusive group and to build a sense of adventure. The Scouts are run by a group of amazing volunteers and your donation will go towards supporting this wonderful charity, giving children the opportunity and the safe space to learn new skills, to have fun and to build a sense of adventure.
