Over the years Epping Forest has proven a safe haven for me; a place to go to when I feel overwhelmed or confused and a place that has helped relieve my pain.

In the past year I have been in rehabilitation from the on going strain of a hypermobility disorder and several other co morbid health issues; rebuilding my strength and overall wellbeing.

This walk will be a real challenge for me. I havent walked this far in over 10 years.

As the forest has given endlessly to me I want to give something back. That will be my mission as I strive forward on the walk.
