I am trying to raise money for Teenage Cancer trust, a charity I hold close to my heart after my sister was diagnosed with cancer in February of 2019. At only 15 years old she was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma; a blood cancer. It robbed her of her teenage years and end of school life. She could not attend her in school exams and so had to have home and hospital teaching. Despite this and how unwell it made her, she still obtained her GCSE qualifications while fighting cancer.

I can happily say that on the 22nd July 2024 my sister was able to ring the bell to celebrate 5 years of being cancer free!

Thanks to funding from the Teenage Cancer Trust for the Apollo ward at the Bristol Royal Children’s Hospital, my sister and many others in her position are able to have the best care through their experience/battle with cancer and for that myself and my family are truly, truly grateful.
