Lauren and Emily's fundraiser for Brake, the road safety charity

Brake 5 - 5km walked every day between 17 - 23 November 2024
Brake is a national road safety charity that cares for people bereaved and injured in road crashes and campaigns for safer roads for all. Every day, five people die on UK roads and many more are seriously injured. When the worst happens, Brake is here to help. Go to www.brake.org.uk to find out more and support our vital work.
We will be walking 5km a day between 17th November and 23rd November in memory of all those who have lost their lives in road traffic accidents, to thank the emergency services and first responders and to raise awareness of The Fatal Five:
1. Speed
2. Seatbelts
3. Phone Distractions
4. Drink and Drugs
5. Dangerous Driving
We are grateful for any donations, no matter how small, to this fantastic cause that educates the public about the consequences of the above, and who supports families of victims of road traffic accidents who have lost their lives far too soon.
