The Big Cambridge-Calais Sleepout 2024 · 10 February 2024 to 11 February 2024 ·

Nobody should sleep outside in winter but many people have no choice. Help us support the homeless on the streets of Cambridge and the refugees in northern France by sponsoring our event. You can sponsor a particular sleeper, or the event as a whole

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in CamCrag's BIG SLEEP OUT overnight 10/11 February to aid the support this charity gives to refugees in Calais and beyond. This year will be my fourth time doing a midwinter night-out for CamCrag. Please give generously if you possibly can.

Some of you may have slept out in the winter yourselves but in all probability by your own choice. We are raising money for those who do it of necessity, perhaps for weeks and months on end. You can also help by joining one of CamCrag's convoys to Calais (go to their website for further info)

CamCRAG was founded in 2015 by activists in and around Cambridge, with the aim of sending donations and volunteers to help refugees in the Calais area. We also organise donation drop off days, raise awareness of the refugee situation in Europe, and provide funds to frontline organisations.
