“We are walking the world to raise money and awareness about #Endo, a debilitating condition affecting #1in9 women making it as common as asthma or diabetes. Endo is a debilitating painful condition with no cure. It is estimated to cost the Australian economy $9.4 Billion a year and the individual about $30 000. The dollar signs don't fully explain the ripple effect that constant pelvic pain has on a persons life.”

Endometriosis has been one of the hardest parts of my life for the last few years. I have been very lucky in receiving treatment to try manage this condition and to have amazing doctors, but I know that there are many out there that do not have the same opportunities. Endometriosis is a whole body disease which is very misunderstood and has very little research about it. Towards the end of October I will be walking 30km along the Port Phillip Bay in one day to try and fundraise for more research for endometriosis.
