Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.

Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

In September, I am heading to Switzerland to throw myself into a rather hefty hike, with the intention to raise Money for a charity very close to my heart. The self-guided route links two world-famous mountains, Mont Blanc in France and the Matterhorn in Switzerland, across 6 days of hiking and totalling 103km.
