We support Royal United Hospital (RUH Bath) to provide exceptional healthcare for all

Story

This is the JustGiving page, set up in memory of Ellie Burbage.

Our beautiful, kind-hearted, and caring daughter Ellie, tragically passed away at the age of 17.

Ellie was determined to become a doctor and was working very hard to secure a place at Medical School.  Ellie had been volunteering within the Royal United Hospital and had recently completed work experience within the Cardiology department as well as enjoying her part time job at the local care home.

Ellie expressed an interest in becoming a heart surgeon and was particularly passionate about medical research. She has been cruelly prevented from following her dream of becoming a doctor.  Through donating to this worthy cause, we feel that on behalf of Ellie, medical research can be supported in her name.

We kindly ask that instead of buying flowers for Ellie’s Celebration of Life that donations are made to the chosen charity.  We have chosen Super Rehab Research & Development programme at RUH, Bath.

Further information can be found on the webpage below:

Thank you very much for your support.

Jon, Jo & Dan.
