Between 28th October 2024 and 25th March 2025 I'm challenging myself to run 500 km for Headway UK.

I've chosen this time frame as this was the time it took me to get back to work after my head injury in 2017.

Headway Uk is a nationwide charity that supports people and loved ones who have been affected by a head injury.

This is a charity very close to my heart.

Every 90 seconds someone in the UK is admitted to hospital with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).

A brain injury can affect peoples ability to carry out daily tasks such as cooking or cleaning, maintain relationships and their mental health.

It can be extremely isolating which is why I feel building awareness about this is one of the most important acts.

All money raised goes directly to Headway and helps them continue their much needed work.
