After having talked about it for nearly 5 years, we've finally got ourselves coordinated and set a date to attempt the Yorkshire Three Peaks.

We are raising money for Yes to Life, a charity which has been of great support to my close pal, Nic, as she navigates life with cancer. The charity are focused on bringing an integrated approach to cancer care; meaning using conventional and complementary treatments together as standard within hospitals. Nic has felt empowered and enlightened by the information that she has gained from their weekly podcast which showcases interviews with cancer survivors and practitioners who work both within and outside the NHS in a number of different fields.
