I'm excited to share that I'll be dressing up as Santa Claus and running 5k participating in the Liverpool Santa Dash this year to raise funds for The Brain Charity 🎅🏼. This organisation means so much to me because of their incredible work supporting those affected by dementia, motor neurone disease and other neurological conditions.

The Brain Charity help people affected by all forms of neurological condition to lead longer, healthier, happier lives.

There are more than 600 conditions affecting the brain, spine and nervous system. We are the only charity in the UK to support every single one.

Each year, we provide practical help, emotional support, and social activities to thousands of people from all over the UK and their family, friends, and carers.

We champion neurodiversity and fight for an inclusive and just society, free of stigma, hardship and isolation.
