We have merged with British Liver Trust to support all affected by liver disease.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As many of you know my brother had to have a liver transplant when he was 11 months old. We have recently found out that he needs another one and has to go back on the donor list.

I have therefore decided to run the London Marathon next year (yes you read that right) to raise money for the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation.

Although he’s not a child anymore (despite still acting like one), when I was looking at charities to raise money for, there were very few that focused specifically on liver disease. I have therefore chosen to fundraise for the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation (CLDF) as they supported my family the first time round.

CLDF is the only UK charity dedicated to fighting all childhood liver diseases. They help young people and their families by providing information, emotional support, research funds and a voice for all those affected. Please help me in supporting this charity that’s quietly acting as a major support system for so many people.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated and will keep me motivated throughout my training, it’s going to be hard graft!
