I am in my third year studying Psychology at Cardiff University. I’m spending my placement year working in the Independence and Wellbeing Centre at the charity Headway Cardiff & South East Wales.

The goal of Headway is to promote understanding of all aspects of acquired brain injury and to provide information, support and services to people with acquired brain injury, their families and carers.

I’ve seen first hand how important this work is so I would like to make a contribution to help ensure service users and their families continue to get the support they need. I will be running the Gloucester Half Marathon on 31st March 2024, any donations would be gratefully received.
